About Ferrets

Ferrets are a active, playful and curios animals.

 Ferrets sleep a lot, ferrets sleep about 16 - 18 hours a day some times 20 hours.

There is a debate that if ferrets can see color. People think that ferrets can see color like blue, green and yellow maybe grays, red, black and white.

Give your ferret dry food and water. The food should be 32% to 36% protein a half should be meat.

There are Black-footed ferrets that live in the U.S.A, only are a few left.

The light orange is were the Black-footed ferret live. The dark orange is were the Black-footed ferret doss not live.

 Ferrets are used to hunt rabbits.  Here is a video.

 Ferrets have a unique smell.

 The domestic Ferrets are smaller then the wild ferrets, like the ferrets over in the U.K.
 The wild black-footed ferret is rare because people are building buildings.  Wild black-footed ferrets main food is prairie dogs and when the prairie dogs go away less wild black-footed ferrets.
